In Honour Of The Bristol West Indian Parents & Friends Association.
The Seven Saints of St Pauls Heritage Mural Initiative is a two year project which will see the erection of seven murals painted in the St Pauls area of Bristol to celebrate the achievements of some of our key members of the African Caribbean diaspora in Bristol.

This Is The Life screening & Afterparty Wed 6th May @ Watershed

The Watershed, Festival Of Ideas & Ujima Radio presents the  launch of Come The Revolution series of screenings, discussions and SPECIAL events to mark the 50th anniversary of the assassination of Malcolm X.

The season kicks off at The Watershed on Wed 6 May 8pm, with This Is The Life, Selma director Ava DeVernay, the award-winning look at the influential early 90s Los Angeles hip hop scene.

After the screening join us in the Café/Bar from 10:00pm til 12:00am for the Good Life After Party, where Ujima Radio’s DJ Style and Bristol underground stalwart Awkward and friends unite for an early 90s hip hop music influenced by the film.
