If you have received an error in your order on the behalf of djstyle.co.uk or your item has a defect; customers must refer the instructions below:
Use the contact form on djstyle.co.uk to get in touch, regarding your order quoting the subject with your order number with DEFECT or ERROR. For example; #12345678 DEFECT
In this email, you must detail the reason for requesting a return whether defect or error. *Refer to below for further information about returns.*
KNEK reserves the right to refuse any items which were not authorised for return.
KNEK reserves the right to request photographic evidence of defective items.
KNEK will inspect items and will not accept any damage, worn or washed items.
Returns
At this current time KNEK does not accept refunds unless defective or faulty.
Refunds will only be issued and processed once the item(s) has been received, checked and inspected.
The written request must be sent via contact form on djstyle.co.uk within 4 days of receiving your item(s), quoting the subject with the order number,
for example; #12345678. This email must contain reasoning for return.
Items must be returned unworn and in its original condition along with original packaging.
Once the order has been received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent out to the customer confirming that returned item has been received.
IF THE RETURN IS AUTHORISED:
The refund will then be processed and generated. The original account that was used to purchase item(s) from djstyle.co.uk will be credited with the total amount except shipping costs.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for item(s) purchased from djstyle.co.uk
As of immediate dispatch of the item(s), KNEK acquits itself of any responsibility of the ordered items.
KNEK is not accountable for any items which may be lost or damaged in duration upon its arrival.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED?
We aim to ship your order within 2-5 days of receiving order and confirmed payment. This can vary if placed on a weekend.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your order should be with you no longer than 3-5 working days after shipment confirmation. However, once the order has been dispatched it is out of our reasonable control. Also please note that shipping time may vary for Europe and Overseas customers.
