Back in the 90′s Bristol leading pirate station S.P.E.C FM (St Paul’s & Easton Community) gave the city a wide spectrum of musical talent which it had to offer at the time. With a musical diversity of Hip Hop Drum n Bass Reggae House RnB, it was able to satisfy all music lovers, who felt over look by legal radio station.

Code of the Streets

Code of the Streets is a Saturday night mixed show hosted by DJ Style (B.I.G Productions), on Ujima Radio 98fm Bristol, UK, playing the hottest music around. Featuring local talents and international artists & giveaways. The show goes out 8pm -11pm specialising in, Old Skool, R n’ B, Dancehall, Soul and Hip Hop.

At 9:00pm is “Da Coners” three local songs are picked to be featured is this section, 9:15pm “Classic Mix” taking you back in time with some 00’s 90’s anthems all in the mix. 10:00pm is the “Request @10” listeners can call up and request 10 songs to played. finally at 10:30pm we bring  to you “The Heatmaker” six songs exclusively played first, which we predict to be big tunes.

Every last Saturday of the month is dedicated to the classic tunes (Old School weekend) from 9pm, then at 10pm is the very best of 80’s anthems. Then on the third Saturday of the month is “Our Time” a feature where local artists are invited into to showcase their talent..
